Legacy Habitat Management Ltd are a leading site vegetation clearance contractor to enable groundworks for rail & road network improvements or to maintain functionality of existing infrastructure. We are able to undertake vegetation clearance or reduction works on a wide range of projects such as ground preparations for new road & rail builds, maintenance work on existing stock, embankment stabilisation and vegetation control.

We have our own fleet of well maintained, modern equipment including our Fendt 900 Series tractor and AHWI forestry mulcher, Heizomat whole tree chipper, large contract cut and collect hammer flail mowers. We are also able to provide offset tracked chippers for works on slopes or road and rail embankments. The AHWI mulcher can process most scrub and tree material, combing with topsoil to produce an easily stripped topsoil substrate ready for groundworks.

Our team of highly experienced staff includes ground staff with chainsaw and chipper certificates and plant and machinery operators. All staff carry CSCS certification and PTS Trackside or roadside certificates where appropriate. We are also able to provide Chapter 8 compliant vehicle liveries where required.
